By purchasing a ticket, entering the venue, or participating in the Sand & Water RV Expo, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms are intended to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all guests, exhibitors, volunteers, and staff.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time and encourage you to review them before attending.
1. Event details and admission
The Sand & Water RV Expo is scheduled for November 13–14, 2026 at Lake Havasu State Park, Windsor 4 in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Event dates, hours, and venue details are subject to change due to weather, venue conditions, or operational needs.
All attendees are expected to follow posted event rules and directions from event staff. Children under 12 are free, and adult admission pricing is as listed on the event website unless otherwise communicated in writing.
2. Ticketing and payment
Ticket purchases are subject to the policies and terms of the authorized ticketing provider. We are not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized resellers. We reserve the right to refuse entry or revoke admission for tickets that are counterfeit, altered, or obtained through improper means.
3. Attendance and conduct
Attendees agree to behave respectfully and safely while on event grounds. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:
- Harassment, threats, or disruptive conduct toward other attendees, staff, exhibitors, volunteers, or venue personnel.
- Violating safety instructions, restricted areas, or posted venue rules.
- Damage to property, vehicles, equipment, or exhibit displays.
- Consumption of alcohol or substances in areas where prohibited, or any behavior that creates a safety risk.
We reserve the right to remove any attendee or exhibitor from the event for violation of these terms or for conduct that jeopardizes safety or the experience of others.
4. Liability and risk
Participation in the event is voluntary and involves potential risk associated with outdoor activities, crowds, vehicles, and travel. Sand & Water RV Expo, its organizers, partners, and venue operators are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from attendance except where required by law.
Attendees assume responsibility for their own possessions, vehicles, and personal safety while at the event. Guests should use reasonable care and follow all site instructions, warnings, and official guidance.
5. Photography, recording, and media
By attending the expo, you acknowledge that photos, videos, or other media may be taken by event staff or approved photographers for promotional, editorial, archival, or marketing purposes. Attendance at the expo constitutes consent to the use of identifiable images or footage taken in public event areas, except where restricted by written notice.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify event staff upon arrival so reasonable accommodations can be considered where possible.
6. Vendor and exhibitor terms
Exhibitor participation is subject to separate booth agreements, insurance requirements, and event standards. All exhibitor applications and equipment placement are subject to approval by the event team. We reserve the right to decline or remove any vendor whose activity is unsafe, inappropriate, or inconsistent with event goals.
7. Intellectual property
All branding, creative assets, event materials, website content, logos, and artwork associated with the Sand & Water RV Expo are the property of the event organizers or their authorized partners and may not be reused without prior written permission.
8. Privacy and data use
Personal information collected through the website, ticketing processes, or event inquiries is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By attending or participating in the expo, you consent to the collection and use of information described in that policy.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms and conditions as needed. Continued attendance after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Please review this page before attending the event.
